* Daily average walking duration is 6 hours, 3 hours before lunch and 3 hours after lunch.
* Trekking routes are graded into the following categories
Grade – I (Easy):
easy walk and good for people of all age groups who are physically active.
Grade – II, (Moderate):
hill walking experience desirable and elevation level could reach over 3500 m..
Grade – III, (Strenuous):
could be tough long hour walk on some sections of the route and reach over 5000 m. Mt. high pass.
Grade – IV, (Adventurous):
strenuous and adventurous going over 5000 m. high passes requiring mountain technical gears at some points and walking hours could be long on some sections.
