Day:01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 02: Transfer to Besi Sahar (760m) by car and trek to Khudi (930m).
Day 03: Trek to Bahun Danda (1310m).
Day 04: Jagat (1300m).
Day 05: Dharapani (1943m).
Day 06: Chame (2697m).
Day 07: Pisang (3335m).
Day 08: Manang (3520m).
Day 09: Yak Kharka.
Day 10: Thorong Phedi (4405m).
Day 11: Muktinath (3794m) after Thorong La pass 5416m.
Day 12: Marpha (2670m).
Day 13: Overland transfer to Tato Pani (1190m).
Day 14: Trek to Ghorepani (2775m).
Day 15: Ulleri (2070m) after visiting Pun Hill (3210m).
Day 16: Birethanti (1070m) and transfer to Pokhara town (880m).

New route directly from Muktinath avoiding the dirt road on other side of the river and crossing it only in Tatopani. The route is via Thini – Kokhe Thanti – Pairothaplo.
