This trip offers the enchanting sights of the MT. Everest, beautiful Amadablam and many other giants in different angles from the higher up Khumbu region, and relaxed observation of the diverse flora and fauna in the mid altitude regions while approaching to the Khumbu valley.
The famed Everest region is rich in Himalayan flora and fauna and is also the UNESCO world heritage site. The final leg of this trek is quite strenuous with a series of ascents and descents, trekking against the ''grain' of the Himalayas. However, these challenges are softened by traditional exquisite tea houses, small hamlets of hardy mountain people and monasteries on the back drop of towering Himalayas, to make it one of the most delightful walks in the world.
The view of the Mt. Everest and other Himalayan giants from over Chola pass is stunningly gorgeous. Yet again, another majestic view the Mt. Everest from the closer range is from the top of Kalapatthar.
