To the north - east of Kathmandu lies the well preserved Langtang National park rich in flora and fauna. The off-the beaten trail to Panch Pokhari, (literary means five ponds) situated at 4462 meters offers excellent hike through beautiful Oak and Rhododendron forest with magnificent views of beautiful landscape and the Himalayan range. The snow capped mountains of Jugal Himal at sunrise and the interaction with Sherpas who live in this region makes this trek interesting and is offers a deep understanding of local culture and life.

Day 01: Kathmandu – Chautara (1418m) and trek to Syaule, (1418m).

Day 02: Syaule – Kamikharka Danda, (2300m).

Day 03: Kamikharka Danda – Chyochyo Danda, (3160m).

Day 04: Chyochyo Danda – Hile Bhanjyang, (3800m).

Day 05: Hile Bhanjyang - Nasem Pati, (3862m).

Day 06: Nasem Pati - Panch Pokhari, (4462m).

Day 07:  Panch Pokhari, (4462m).

Day 08:  Panch Pokhari - Gai kharka, (2200m).

Day 09: Gai Kharka - Yangri,  (1360m).

Day 10: Yangri - Laghang gompa,  (2800m).

Day 11: Laghang Gompa – Tarkheghyang, (2560m).

Day 12: Tarkheghyang – Melamchi Goan,  (3597m).

Day 13: Melamchi Goan - Tharepati,  (2470m).

Day 14: Tharepati - Kutumsang,  (2190m).

Day 15: Kutumsang - Chisapani  (2215m).

Day 16: Chisapani – Sundarijal  (1460m) - Kathmandu.
