Lumbini  in Nepal,  the birth place of Buddha is source of Buddhist philosophy,  says the President Vidya Bhandari , the first women president in Nepal on the occasion of Buddha Jayanti, full moon day (Baisakh purnima), the day Buddha was born, attained enlightenment and attained Nirvana.
