Nepal Earthquake Help, Photo Update

 Earth quake resistant safe house building training for 25 village technicians by government certified engineer instructors in Bolde Phediche VDC, Kavre Palanchok  my home village last month.  It was on site workshop/training for 7 days where a community house is being constructed. MESO Company organized it in technical cooperation with Nepal youth Foundation.

Construction of a community house (size 16 ft. x 24 ft.)  being built in earthquake resistant design is going on now at the same training site. The workers for the construction are the same trainees under the supervision of the engineer. It is expected to be complete by next week and the house will be handovered to the community by MESO Company. They will use it for community activities, meeting hall, VDC official work etc. Total cost estimate for the house is Rs. 700,000.  More photos below.
